Tom, the business owner, came by our new home on time to Re key an existing door lock as well as install 2 new deadbolts & door knobs on the side door & the door into the garage as he could not rekey 2 old door locks & existing door knobs were in poor condition; he was able to complete the work in about an hour and a half; gave us 4 sets of keys which we could use on all the locks he Re keyed or installed; he guaranteed his workmanship as well as the newly installed locks & door knobs for as long as we own the house; he was professional & courteous and would recommend him to others
