When I was hesitant to change locks for my new place, my friend recommended Tom.
I was thinking about option to rekey, but Tom recommended replacing completely. I changed one to keypad lock and the other to match with the keypad lock backup key. The job was done in a little more than an hour. He was friendly and explained what he is doing.
The final price ended up bit more expensive than the quote I got the day before. He provided me a receipt and explained what each charge for.
