Tom is such a professional. He showed up on time, was very knowledgeable and tried to save me money where possible. He is a pleasure to deal with, has such an upbeat and friendly personality. I would certainly recommend him. He completed the replacement of my deadbolt in a timely manner and with care.

When I called Victory Locks Tom answered the phone right away, came on time an hour and a half later and did the work well and cheerfully. He provided me with new lock and many keys and did not charge for 2 extra small jobs on old locks he repaired. Great service.

I moved into my new condo and wanted to have the locks rekeyed for my own safety. I emailed Tom late one evening. He called me immediately and set a time to come two days later.

He arrived right on time and took maybe 30 minutes to complete the job, including providing me with 5 extra keys which I thought was very generous.

Great service from Tom! He re-keyed 3 doors and installed a deadbolt on one of them. He worked very quickly and made it so every door can work with one key! Great price too!

We purchased a new 'old' home. Neither the garage door nor the back door door handle worked. They were the original locks from the 1960's. Tom came to our rescue. He drilled new holes for the new deadbolts and switched out the door handles and the gave us very secure locks. He rekeyed the front door. Tom was wonderful. His work is neat and he is very tidy. He is very efficient and practical. He completed the entire job in under 1 hour. He was able to accommodate us by coming in the evening. My husband and I will definitely call him again when we complete our renovation and are ready to move to keyless entry systems. He came to us on a recommendation of a friend of mine who he did some work for a few years ago. She highly recommended him. She was right. He was very very good. Definitely call Tom if you need a locksmith!!!

Tom, the business owner, came by our new home on time to Re key an existing door lock as well as install 2 new deadbolts & door knobs on the side door & the door into the garage as he could not rekey 2 old door locks & existing door knobs were in poor condition; he was able to complete the work in about an hour and a half; gave us 4 sets of keys which we could use on all the locks he Re keyed or installed; he guaranteed his workmanship as well as the newly installed locks & door knobs for as long as we own the house; he was professional & courteous and would recommend him to others

We used Victory Locks about 4 years ago at our previous home and had a great and memorable experience with Tom, so when we bought our new home in September, we called him immediately. He was able to come by when we needed him, and as usual, was a pleasure to deal with. He changed the locks on 4 doors, put in a security feature on our patio door and added in a garage door lock for no charge. Plus he threw in a bunch of spare key, which are always useful to have! Tom's incredible customer service, reasonable prices and great workmanship is the reason I'd refer him in a heartbeat.

Tom came and replaced all the locks and exterior door knobs at our new home. There was a total of 4 locks. We had thought we just wanted the home re-keyed but he advised us on the poor quality of the old locks and replaced everything with a much better quality product. Tom was on time and completed this job quickly.
