Makes promises then denies that they were made. Will blame the homeowner for any delays. Does not accept accountability for ANYTHING.

The work is good - but slow. Should not be leading any project of any kind. Double your budget and his promised timelines and you will be happy.

Walked away from the job when we refused to pay for the last few weeks of work until he completely finished the job - he ruined our basement bathroom due to poor shower design and lack of caulking which caused water damage.. that we now have to fix ourselves. Attachments were within the first month of shower completion.

Wayne's Wood helped to repair our coat hanger located by our garage door. He did an excellent job with suggestions of layouts and helpful storage areas. We hung to many coats on the hooks and the hardware broke and he helped to find the match and re-install it. Overall, great and friendly service was provided.
