We had been a customer for a few years up to Fall of 2010. At that time, we called and cancelled the service only to get repeated solicitation calls. Even after rejecting the calls and asking not to be called again, it was not over. Weedman came onto our property, ignored the warning sign (indicating treated lawn) and sprayed on top of the treatment. We called and were told by Melissa that charges would be reversed only to find this to be untrue. We received outstanding invoice notices and another treatment in June! We called again and were told there was no record of a reversal or cancellation instead there was a record of an apology call from us to Weedman that it was our mistake and we authroized the treatments! We asked to speak with Steve only to be ignored. At this point, we are prepared to invoke the Trepass Property Act and would like others to speak out to prevent this from happening to someone else. Disappointing!
