Weed Control review in

Hired weed man to control the weeds. There are more weeds now and the grass is been damaged.
Phoned the company to cancel and they said I would still have to invoice for work not completed. I do not plan on paying invoice. I also Googled the weed man complaints and see the company profile....so many complaints and trying to up sell you their products.
