Unacceptable Customer Service! Less than 1 month and realise I made a HUGE MISTAKE. Have been waiting days for a call back from the rep or manager to acknowlege or confirm receipt of my online request advising them not to add any additional charges to my visa. The exact cost is still a mystery.
I Did however receive a call to inform me that the "technician" while aerating determined that I have grub. I followed along while the aeration was being done and contrary to their sales pitch it does not take 3 hours. In fact it didn't even take 15 minutes and although I was promised that overseeding would done at the same time, they only instructions on the paperwork was to leave a bag of seed. And I use the term BAG loosely. In fairness to the guy who showed up to do the job he was kind enough to dispurse it (with a hand spreader) at a very low setting. But he did not bend over to check for grub.
I did not take my choice of lawncare service providers lightly. I asked all the right questions and as pointed out in an earlier post the sales reps carefully choose their words so that I WAS ASSURED that my needs woild be met and a confirmation and schedule of services would be forwared to me.
NO THEY DON'T HAVE WRITTEN CONTRACTS.
NO I will not have one inside contact and the same "certified" tech do all the work.
NO they will not test the soil to determine what treatment is needed.
NO they will not overseed or top dress .
NO the will not address any concerns.
So what exactly is their guaranteed service?d

I sorry you have a bad experience with us, I can assure you our goal is the opposite with our customers. We have been in the lawn care industry for 40 years and we try our best to satisfy all of our customers needs. I would like respond to these concerns: we never know how long an aeration will take but a average size lawn it would take about 15 to 25 minutes, and we offer aeration with a 500 gram bag of seed. We also offer an aeration with over seeding, and we spread the seed only with that option. We would never charge a customer's card without their permission, it would be illegal. Grubs are a very large problem, and if we recommend a treatment it is up to the customer to take our advice or decline it.
As for soil testing, we only soil test if a lawn doesn't respond to our services right off the bat. We do not top dress lawns as it is very labour intensive, we do sell the product but do not spread it, nor do we advertise that we do.
