We had awful customer service with this company, rude, extremely unprofessional and disorganized. Our bag was delivered firstly on the wrong date, picked up, and even second time of delivery was delayed by a day. Second day of delivery the worker rang the door bell repetitively (still unsure why that was necessary when it was just a drop off?) and was rude upon greeting at the door (with an infant napping in our home). Care, concern or promptness was not show when concerns were expressed to management. In fact the owner said 'family issues were his problem, therefore customers come last"... administration also stated that she was going to call the police to file a complaint against my husband who answered the door and asked the worked to not ring the door bell and to speak with more respect. Would not recommend this company for their absolute lack of professionalism and respect to customers. Very disappointed in the outcome. Already called and dealt with another company and have already been much more pleasant to deal with
