Very happy with the results. Todd had to come back a second time to re-measure (my fault) as the size of my counter top was changed out. He measured precisely as when the mirror was installed, it fit like a glove (unlike O.J.'s glove).
The installers were polite, tidy, and fast - good job on the silicone btw. They polished up the mirror and away they went.
I would use their services again.

I came in at the end of the day last week for a rock chip repair and it was quite close to closing hours but the staff helped me out and got it done right away anyways!! Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. I would very highly recommend

We recently purchased a custom Shower Glass for our new Guest Bathroom. The Shower Glass needed to be a special size to allow for a large Glass Door and a small Side Panel and the hardware was needed to match the other hardware in the room. Novus measured and fit everything very well, produced the Glass within 1 week. When it turned out the Tiler had narrowed the opening enough that the Glass would be out by enough to affect the appearance of the opening Novus went out of their way to cut us a new Door and had it back for install 1 week later.

We cannot tell you how thrilled we were with the service, the attention to detail, the beauty of the Glass and how easy Novus was to work with. I keep recommending Novus to all of my friends and family as they made it so easy to order custom glass at a reasonable price.

I had some rock chips that spread to cracks on my work van. Lindsay and her staff were fast and efficient with the analysis and the replacement. They even offered me a ride back to work while it was done. My work will use Novus for all glass work and i will also be using their services for my personal vehicles.

The Novus team did a great job replacing the glass in our old foggy double pane windows and patio door. Quicker, cheaper and easier than replacing the entire windows and slider as none of our stucco or siding needed to be touched. We were comfortable with them doing the work from the very first quote to the final follow-up call as their whole team were professional, courteous and pleasant . Will be our first call on the next project and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone...

How could a glass company not vacuum up the glass? Our entire truck has glass everywhere! Covering our 4yr old's car seat, chucks on the brand new Tonneau cover and all in the rear slider window tracks. This is UNACCEPTABLE! And their response, oh sorry about that. No offer to clean it or any kind of reconciliation for clearly an oversight.

We are renovating a rental suite and purchased a replacement shower tub glass door from White Rock Glass. They said it would take one week for it to be ready....it took two and half weeks before it arrived. When we went to install it we were disappointed to find out it was missing parts, the bag was toren open, with no packing slip or instructions. It was obvious that this was a returned product being sold as new. When I returned to complain, the owner was indignant and rude. He refused to acknowledge the situation and treated me like I was in the wrong. Do yourself a favor and don't purchase anything from awful company.

Had an extra custom cupboard door I wanted a mirror mounted in to hang and match kitchen. Glass was warpy and had them re-do it twice before glass was good but in process they gouged up the wood on frame of my custom cupboard. Was on floor with no protective cover and covered in dust when I picked it up last time. I know its just a small job but will never return for future business based on this experience.

They installed a noise resistant window in our master bedroom. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the price was fair. They had to return and recaulk the frame as water seeped in when I was washing the window.

White Rock Glass installed a beautiful framed mirror and steam shower for me. I was living on my own at the time and the gentlemen that came to install showed up on time, in a uniform, and made me feel so comfortable. They were done way faster than I expected and cleaned up after themselves. I even got a thank you card with my receipt in the mail for having them to my work! I was so impressed. I'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
