I found the firm to be creative and have good staff. There were initially some warranty issues but all were resolved to satisfaction. Company was patient with initial design stages in entertaining options and ideas.

I found this firm difficult to work with. Cut corners on product deliverables. Some great staff - however not supported for customer focus by upper management/ownership. Warranty issues left un-resolved.
