Floor Layers had specific instructions at our request on details and Frontier ensured all communications and qualify workmanship was met. They suggested colour for maintenance and affect for our home. They are very personable and freindly and looked after us as is it were there own home. the price was competitive and the suggested a line of flooring so we could do the entire house within the budget we set out for ourselves. Angelo, his installer and the showroom were amazing. His knowledge on the products was very helpful. Based on our criteria he gave us the best product for our basement floor. His installers showed up when scheduled (which is refreshing!!!)and were very professional. His showroom makes choosing a product easy (along with his knowledge). Not only can you see all your options but you can feel them as you walk across their display floors.

The service was fantastic! Angelo and the guys at Frontier did and fantastic job on the ground and second floor of my new home so the obvious choice was for them to do my basement as well. The in store service and colour selection was a breeze. They helped match the colour and style I was trying to achieve. Installation was quick and clean and the installers were great to talk to about ideas for patterns and details. I have already recommended Frontier to friends and family. Great job guys!!

My flooring experience with Frontier was a wonderful one. They made us feel like we were there only customer.. Exceptional value and service. Would defenitley recommend to any one who is starting their first renevation project or as a first time home buyer.

We were debating on what kind of flooring we wanted for the basement, be it carpet or ceramic. Someone mentioned laminated flooring but we were undecided. We went to Frontier Flooring, which was in our area,to get an opinion on laying laminate in the basement. Angelo showed us a few options and suggested laminated planks would be a better choice than ceramic tiles. Although the cost would be just a little higher, Angelo assured us that we would not be disappointed. Angelo was right. What a difference! Our basement looks amazing! The floors are not cold and easy to maintain. Laminate is the way to go for basements instead of those cold ceramics. I would highly recommend Frontier Flooring for their expertise and patience.

Frontier Flooring installed new hardwood and cork floors throughout our home. Throughout the entire process they were friendly, patient and extremely professional. It’s amazing how much better the house looks with the new flooring – we are constantly getting compliments on the fact that the living room and dining room have the hardwood laid on an angle which was a great suggestion from Angelo. It really does look amazing (and different than everyone else’s!) As well, the installation team did an excellent job – especially with those tricky un-level floors! It was a pleasure to work with all of you – you made it really easy for us.

Frank and his entire team are great to work with. They were patient through the colour selection process, even loaned out samples to make the choices in-house when the decision was difficult. Frontier had the best price on the chosen flooring (I was comparing identical product) out of 4 manufacturer recommended retailers in the Vaughan area, and their installation prices were better as well. I had a tight installation window that was met without problem by Frontier, on time and on budget. The Installers were faced with a less than optimal sub floor surface to work with, yet the finished product turned out great. I cannot get over how tight they managed to get to the curved stairway nosing... unbelievable, top quality workmanship. Bottom line, I would not hesitate to recommend Frontier to anyone, and have already done so. Thanks for a great experience.

Frontier did a remarkable job of refinishing an older strip floor which was badly stained and water damaged. It now looks new. They are a reputable and conscientious company who do their best to please their customers.
