Marty Katz helped me design and then install another custom closet...don't waste your time going elsewhere. All the work is done with precision and the turn around time is very short.....this adds value to my two bedroom plus Den condo to increase storage space. The installer is very professional and kept the place clean after installation. (Note: I called Marty at 1-416-616-1100 he responded same day. Came in took measurements a day later and they installed a week later with precision job) I am very happy it created lots of space in my condo to put things away. Highly recommended

Very helpful in designing closet organizers. Neat and clean after installation. Showed up at appointed time. Completed four walk-in closets, mudroom closet, front hall closet, and shoe closet. Excellent value and warranty. Very responsive to all phone calls and questions. Highly recommend this company.

Can't believe I haven't reviewed Shelf Help yet- out of all the projects we've done on our home, they were outstanding! Stuart was our sales rep on both occasions and was very skilled in design and service. His eye for detail and layout was intuitive and thorough. He even looked at the length of my dresses to ensure best layout and staggered depths for much more professional look. We had an entire wall of closets built in our bedroom, units built at the front door and inserts in an existing one. It has made a significant difference in the look and functionality of our old semi and our quality of life. It was also half the price of other quotes!
Both times, the installers were on time, courteous and efficient. We have no complaints and have already recommended them. Stuart is phenomenal!

Our shelving units were installed a week after we confirmed our order, that's unheard of fast. We ordered pretty basic white shelving systems. The shelves seem very sturdy, the price seemed quite competitive and the install was overall a good job. Recommended.

My husband and I were thoroughly impressed by the staff, quality and price at Shelf Help. Firstly, Stu returned my calls for a quote right away and maintained speedy and helpful contact during the process. Secondly, he was extremely knowledgeable during the measurements and planning process. We have a small, older home with no closet in the master bedroom- Stu expertly looked at our clothing needs, considered the space and designed the perfect wall of closet. Then, the installers came and were polite, professional and did a wonderful job. The closets are secure, flush and look incredible. They also added helpful inserts to an existing hallway closet. Lastly, it was all at a much lower price than the other quotes. The other companies had lesser customer service and product. I highly recommend Shelf Help and we are hoping to use them for more projects in the future. The closets have added significant storage space and I'm sure have added much more in value to our house.

I have used this companybefore and they have alsways doen a first rate job. They attended the meeting on time, took down all our comments re our needs and wants and had the design back to us the next day. After tweaking it slightly the price was finalized and the project was all done
