Beyond Flooring

I renovated my kitchen and bought both the counter top and tiles for the back splash and an accent wall at Beyond Tile and Stone. Working with them was a pleasure, and I really appreciated our very smooth and efficient transactions. I dealt with Joe, who is direct, up-front and readily answered my questions. They have an Impressive collection of unique tiles. For my kitchen back splash, I chose a beautiful porcelain tile that replicates the look of rustic wooden barn board. It looks incredible.
I also chose a lovely Ceasarstone counter top, which was installed by an awesome crew from Stone Surfaces, who were exceptionally personable and very professional. They took the time to walk me through installation details, which was very thoughtful and inclusive.
A very important detail to note is the timing/scheduling of installation. From ordering the tile and Caesarstone to measuring the counter to installing the counter top, the entire project was on schedule and went incredibly smoothly.
I am honestly delighted with my kitchen, and I wish everyone such a positive experience with their renovations.

I bought approx 700 sq ft of hardwood flooring based on a sample in the showroom. The sample turned out to be a poor representation of the actual product despite reassurances from the owner of Beyond Flooring (Yves Provencher). I noticed the discrepancy after the product was delivered and wanted to return the product that was significantly different than my order. Yves initially agreed to take back the unused portion of the flooring and refund the cost. Yves later decided against refunding the money after he had a discussion with his supplier. I was stuck with the entire cost of the floor and 100% of the floor went in the garbage. Yves did not honour his word and had complete disregard for his customer.

Beyond Flooring is truly a diamond in the rough. I walked in to Beyond Flooring and found that there was a big selection of Travertine Stone, I found the salesperson to be very attentive and knowledgable about this product. They quoted me a very fair price on a Filled and Honed Travertine, 2 months later I went in to actually order and have product delivered. The salesperson made me aware that he no longer had that same batch and showed me his new batch that was a better quality and retailed for approximately $1.00 s/f more. He sold me on the spot and honoured his original price which ultimately gave me the best floor I have ever seen in my life. I would definately shop there again.
