I asked 4 contractors for quotes. Alex was the only one who responded without prompting and his communication throughout the project was excellent. He came in with the lowest price and best ideas. He showed up to complete the project on time and they worked solidly until it was finished. First class craftmanship and work ethic. Would highly recommend.

Alex (Toronto Fence) put up approx. 60 feet of fence around my pool and a new gate. The craftsmanship was superb and Alex took the time to explain all that he was going to do and followed through on his promises. Would recommend!

Professional, Price Competitive, and Quality I received seven quotes, put three on my short list, and selected Toronto Fence for the reasons mentioned above plus:

1) Patiently answered all questions
2) Attention to details: spacing between pickets and distance off ground, use of 3rd rail, detail of removable section, and more
3) Brought by sample book and gate latch hardware
4) Mentioned they would clear the fence line of existing brush and small trees. I added, for a reasonable extra charge, the clearing of additional brush and small trees.
5) Workmanship
6) Notified neighbors with flyer about old fence being replaced. Helps with shared fence line and neighbors dogs possibly escaping while fence is down.

Alex was courteous, worked hard, and displayed good craftsmanship.

My neighbour and I had Alex and his father Mario replace an old mutual fence and they also designed and built a smaller fence and gate in my backyard.
They noted that my neighbour and I own dogs so they closed off a couple of other openings in our yards and cut back and removed a great deal of ivy at no extra cost.
We are very happy with the result and I recommend them highly....a hard working team.

Alex and Mario did a wonderful job in installing a fence and two gates around our home. They were professional and pleasant to work with, and consulted with us every step of the way. We realized the day before the job was supposed to start that we had forgotten to tell Alex about the underground sprinklers on our property, which could potentially impact the fence installation. Alex and Mario were both diligent and experienced in solving that issue, without damaging the sprinkler system. and The final result is a great job which our family (and our neighbours) are thrilled with.
