The person who took our call was pleasant, courteous and appreciated our concern of the seriousness of our wasp problem such that he booked us in the next day. We were kept updated on the arrival time, arriving well within the promised time. Abeer was excellent in his communication as he explained the process, the timeline of the wasp elimination, the nature of the materials used all in a soft spoken, friendly manner. His work was efficient, extremely tidy and reassured us that he was here for us if anything didnt go as promised. Four days later everything has gone as planned.
