Work done comprised of troubleshooting and replacement of the induced draft furnace blower, general maintenance of the furnace, and a good lecture on how to avoid spending more on repairs. Renato will not try to sell you new equipment if you do not have to (the "big" companies will immediately rule out serviceability option and tell you your HVAC is absolutely no good). He rather provided sincere recommendations on how to maintain my investment safely, affordably, without pushing me one way or the other. The incorrect stereotype is that these smaller ventures do not comply with safety, regulations, code. I admit that was my gut feeling when I found him online (random search). This guy does not cut corners, and I am glad I was open minded enough to give him the chance. He earned my respect. Give him a chance, he will earn yours!
