New Furnace, Airconditioner, move water heater, ductwork
Not an easy job so got several quotes, chose another contractor and then threw them out the morning they arrived without any duct material. Had some of highly recommended firms make proposals that did not meet building codes - now that is scary.
Bruce Pour came in, was extremely knowledgeable, made excellent recommendations, pre-ordered the ducting materials (no straight runs), and had team here on schedule. Installers were great, organized, careful and thorough.
Best of all - heat in house is way better balanced, ducts sized properly and furnace room reorganized to give us more space. We have a quiet Trane unit. And pricing was excellent - Direct Energy quoted $11,500 without the air conditioner for the same furnace!
