Noveted Door System

Ted Berdida installed the garage door without working with the builders. The track was left open, the side sensors were not installed. He came back after numerous complaints and just wired the main switch (which is dangling off the wires), so that the door would open and close.
The garage door closed on my car and damaged the rear bumper.
I've left numerous messages and sent pictures of the damage but he refuses to respond.

Ted installed a garage door a few years ago. The door does not close with the remote. I have reported this to him on many occasions, called and texted him at least 20 times. He is yet to complete the work.
He was paid in full and gave me his "personal guarantee" that he would fix any problems!!!
He "wasn't available" when the ceiling drywall was being done: had to hire someone else to "work around" the chain and motor.
Ted also took some personal items and despite my efforts to have them returned, he refuses to respond.

Ted from Noveted was able to fix our garage door that is over 20 years old. He was able to find the parts and make the repair as agreed for the price agreed. Thank you.
