Have had the worst applied center experience after buying from London goemans. We bought a huebsch washer after being convinced that goemans service is one of the best despite all the awful reviews. I should have listened to my gut instinct . We bought the top loading machine in march . Afyer immediately noticing something isn't right and it makes our clothes dirtier then they went in . Looks like the we're washed and on last cycle it took all the dirt and threw it back in and look like tye dye with dirt !!!!! We've tried every trick and detergent and softer in the book . I have hspoken with the customer service who carelessly passed along to nudges to fix the problem . They couldn't find anything wrong .... so must be our problem . Try some different detergent they said . It's been half a year now !!!! Still keep calling g and bugging g . Gloria a manaer from london couldn't have cared any less about me and when I talked to shayne who I bought from who assured me how great the costumer service just passed me along to Gloria and she passed me along to the manufacturer !!!! That was 2 weeks ago . We've wasted a lot of money on extra detergents and washing several times . And then wasting more time to finish washing by hand . Extremely fed up with goemans . We're young couple and gladly will be telling our friends everyone we know about our awe full experience we are are still having sick and tired of this crap don't buy anything there unless you can do all the fixing yourself because they don't care about you afterribly you leave the store and they have your money !!!
