We are now over three weeks and counting without a dishwasher. we have only had the dishwasher 1.5 years and it broke. It took a week to get a technician to come see it, then he came with an ipad and said he had to order a part....despite us telling them the code and already explaining the problem. He said it would take at least a week....it has been over a week and no response yet. They don't work Saturday so this so far will mean a minimum of 2 vacation days. I called Goeman's to let them know i don't think this is good customer support. She said she could do nothing but write down my concern. I asked if it then went to the garbage.....she didn't deny that! Good thing it wasn't my fridge because it is three weeks and counting! Don't buy from here.
