RETAIL / CUSTOMER SERVICE

Me and my family and mother in law went to the Goemans in Stoney creek to shop for some appliances. I am moving into a new home, so need the whole package. Mother in law is just replacing two of her current appliances.
Upon arrival we met a very nice salesman and he showed us everything we had asked to see and what he would recommend. After some time we were still hesitant because we still wanted to shop around to other stores. He told us we had 30 days to price match or even cancel our order. So we put down a deposit.
Now, since that 30 days is almost up, I decided to tell him of the price match AND MORE i got at Appliance Canada. Upon emailing to him, i was told he no longer worked there and i had to deal with the manager. So the receptionist told me the manager would call me today......oh behold! after waiting until almost 4pm! I WAS THE ONE WHO HAD TO CALL!
I told him of what i was quoted with the other company and that i wanted to cancel my order and get my deposit back. (this order is not supposed to be delivered until the end of JUNE)
So he gives me and my husband a hard time, not wanting to cancel my order and giving me the deposit back. (I figured because it is such a big order and every store needs to meet their quota.) Plus the two special orders that the previous salesman had put in on the invoice, and again told us we had 30 days to make any changes or cancelling to our order.
NOW I WANT TO KNOW HOW I CAN CANCEL IT ALL AND GET MY DEPOSIT BACK!
(there is nothing written on receipt or invoice about deposit refund or cancellations)
