Customer service disaster

I purchased a Fisher&Paykel 2 drawer dishwasher in August of this year. On December 2nd, while I was loading dishes into the top drawer, one of the plastic dividers broke. Upon further investigation, it was apparent that several other dividers were also faulty. I called Goemans Mississauga where I had purchased this product and spoke to Suzy in Customer service. She told me a service rep would be. calling me within 2 days to book a service call. As I had heard nothing I called Goemans. customer service yesterday and left a message. I was told to expect a response within 24 hours.
Not so.
I called today and spoke to Gregory in Customer
service and he indeed checked back and verified that an email was indeed sent to
HARGTA. He told me he would resend the email
and also gave me the phone number for
HARGTA. I called them and they told me they
had no record of the email. I was told a
'Tammy' would check and call me later in the
day. Nada.
I called head office and they directed me to
Jennifer in the customer service department
and I left her a message. Nada. I called Gregory
back and he said he would investigate. At my
request he forwarded me the original email
which I received no problem.
As of now I have heard nothing.
Let me add that I spent over $10000.00 at
Goemans plus getting the extended warranty on
these products.
I would appreciate the resolution of the above.
My invoice # is M00075004.
I would also forward you the initial email sent if that would expedite this matter.
