Denca Cabinets

Due to the odd bathroom configuration, we needed to have a custom vanity built. The people at Denca were excellent in every respect. A truly organized, well run company. Could not have gone smoother.

Delivery guy made sure the floor was covered to avoid damage, and the installation was done to our satisfaction.

In 1997, Denca installed kitchen, bathrooms and builtins in our new home - over the years they serviced us expertly with minor renovation/restoration projects that kept the original install fresh and functional. We moved into a previously renovated condo in fall 2019 and required a refresh on the bathroom cabinets, a custom headboard and nightstand tops to match existing builtins. So we called Denca. The wood, stain and finish match on the latter was perfect, as were the mitres and install. This was a bit of a tricky project, incorporating an upholstered portion (from another supplier) requiring a precision fit. The existing bathroom cabinets were not 100% square so sight adjustments were needed upon installing the new doors. Again, Denca was completely accommodating with colour match and handle selection. The finish on the new doors is excellent.
Denca was responsive, quick to complete, accommodating and communicative with their quote and scheduling and everyone was so pleasant to deal with.

I approached DENCA concerning a closet space and designing a laundry room as well as a mudroom entryway that needed storage. Shelley as great to work with to design the space to fit my family's needs and the install was quick and efficient.

We are so pleased that we chose Denca for our bathroom renovation. The new custom vanities, cabinet and shower look amazing & were made with superb craftsmanship. The entire crew at Denca including Jess, Dominic, Will, Kathy and their related tradespeople (Lex, Ian, Dave etc) were absolutely professional and easy to communicate with. A couple of months ago I visited Denca to discuss changing my kitchen countertop with Rosita, one of the sales designers. It was during our conversation that Rosita suggested that replacing my laminate countertop with a stone countertop was probably not my best move if I didn’t intend to do a renovation that also included cabinetry at the same time. Her advice made complete sense and caused me to shelve the idea and opt for a countertop resurface from another company.
While a major function of Rosita’s job is sales, she chose not to try and sell me a stone countertop. She was the only person whom I spoke to about changing my countertop who instead of giving me an estimate, recommended that I step back and take a broader view of the subject—to see the countertop in relation to the entire kitchen and not just as a single upgrade.
For people involved in sales, saying no to a potential sale is not always the easiest thing to do. Rosita clearly put my interests front and centre and for that I am extremely appreciative and most grateful.
As someone who really appreciates excellent customer service, I will make Denca my first stop when the time comes to give my kitchen a full makeover.
I should also add that I was turned onto Denca after having seen a Denca-designed and crafted kitchen that was absolutely stunning at an open house. The agent herself was so impressed with the kitchen’s beauty that she even cited in her advertising about the home that the kitchen reno was by Denca.

We are very pleased with our new kitchen. The attention to detail and workmanship are outstanding. All of the tradespeople who completed various parts of the project were polite and considerate of our home. Questions and any corrections were attended to in a timely mannner. We recommend their company without reservation. The owners are intimately involved and care about the results.

Denca helped me through all steps of the process.
One of their designers shopped with me and gave handy tips on appliance purchases, countertop choices, backsplash, lighting... We visited tile, stone & counter stores, I never would have found on my own.
The contractor arrived early, answered my questions, and organized all work and installations - demolition, drywall, electrical, plumbing, hardwood flooring, appliances, paint, and final touch ups. Each person knew his job and completed his task meticulously.
Best of all, everything works perfectly!

We have just renovated our 18 year old kitchen with Denca. We cannot thank them enough for doing such a professional and top class job. Sales designer, Rosita, designed us a beautiful new kitchen and helped us through every stage of the decision making. The installation team did an excellent job to the highest of standards and they were always punctual!
This was all backed up by great support from the office staff who kept us up to date on all the planned visits from the various trades staff involved.
It would be hard to find any fault with Denca at all. Our whole experience was first class and I can highly recommend them to anyone.
