The GHT team was very helpful in getting us to a thorough brief and cost for our 3rd story addition in our planning phase. They brought sub trades on-site to talk through potential challenges and all were very professional and demonstrated their knowledge. They took the role of a consultant as much as a contractor and there was no pressure throughout, only solid explanations and ideas.

Needed a land survey for a permit submission and to check on property lines for future renovations. Julian was fantastic to work with and kept me updated each step, told me everything I needed to make sure Im getting what I want. After speaking about the work Im doing that required a survey, we are now working together to do some future work as well. Highly recommended.
