Great installation, they were always on time. Work was also very well done. However the service was not so great. We ran into a major problem and it took over a year to fix it. So the installation was good but the aftermath not so much

I'm glad to hear that you were pleased with the installation. We take great pride in the quality of our work and have some of the best contractors in the area.
However, at Westend we also believe that taking care of our customers AFTER the job is finished is just as important as during so it is very upsetting for me, and the rest of my family, to hear that you did not receive the service you needed in a timely matter.
We are aware that our service department was being poorly managed for some time and have taken steps to correct that. At the start of 2012 new management was put in place and we are very confident that this sort of thing will not happen again.
Please accept my sincerest apologies and should you ever need any further work done i hope you will consider giving us the chance to prove that Westend is number one for bathroom and kitchen renovations in Ottawa.
