NIghtmare, switched was ordered at install. Poor quality blinds broke in days.
Without going into my story it mirrors the other horror stories shared on Yelp - Brite Blinds is a nightmare.
They sold me on a particular set of blinds, showed up to install the blinds unannounced when I was not home (suspicious), turns out they installed very low quality defective blinds missing the explicitly written features I ordered.
Bedroom blinds broke in two days, they pick it up for repair and never returned.
Next I see that they once again are using the same collection agency (Credit Management Corporation from Vancouver British Columbia), same collector (Michael) and have listed a false derogatory credit statement on my account.
This is a complete waste of time.
Do not do business with Brite Blinds, out of necessity of having no blinds in my bedroom and dealing with a combative Brite Blinds - I ended up paying a little more to go with another company and was very happy.
