Great Canadian company! Good quality, excellent service. We got a HUGE awning that basically created an outdoor living room for us. This awning not only enhances our enjoyment of the outdoors, it adds value to our home. This is our second time dealing with this company and both times we have been impressed.

A pleasant experience from start to finish; Sales Rep "David" was very helpful and well prepared to answer any questions we had of the company and product. Office staff was helpful and kept us in the Loop with any issues especially with the current pandemic situation. The Installers came on time, equipped with proper PPE. They did the install in a timely manner and cleaned up after completion of the Awning installation.

We purchased the 2nd awning from Rolltec and, as with the 1st one last year, we were very happy with the sales process up to the final installation. Everybody we talked to at Rolltec has always been very courteous and efficient.

Our experience with Rolltec from beginning to end was amazing. All of our questions were answered quickly and being able to see the numerous products and options in the showroom was so helpful. The wait was worth it ... the installation team was amazing and had the awning installed in short order. The awning is the finishing piece to our new deck and we absolutely love it. We read the reviews before enlisting the services of Rolltec and based on the information and the quick response in quoting a price from David at Rolltec, we decided to order these awnings. They are 19’ x 13’ , took 8 weeks for delivery & installation and we paid $12,000. The day after installation, we noticed one corner was out of adjustment by 10”. The installer returned 4 days later to make the adjustment. Within a day, another corner dropped by 4”. We notified them on the weekend and they came out on the following Friday. That Friday evening the right awning dropped 3’ onto our deck railing and luckily no one was hurt. Again, notified Helen on Saturday morning and she had a service man here on Monday. He couldn’t fix the awning and had to go to the office to get a part but explained that he may not be able to return until the end of the week. We explained that this was unacceptable as we have paid a lot of money to use our awnings and again, he told us not to use the right one and he had to take care of new customers before he could return to fix our’s. We emailed Helen on Wednesday asking what the plan was to fix it and a phone call again on Friday when we were told Helen didn’t want to speak to us. YA voicemail was left asking what the plan is and as of this evening there has been no response and our awning is still not fixed. We are very disappointed with both the installation and follow up service. We are the manufacturing and service business and would be out of business if we treated our customers this way.

I was impressed from the moment I contacted Rolltec. From their customer service to their quality product to their fast and professional installation, I would highly recommend Rolltec to everyone.

Great product, well suited for my limited space. Good service and follow-up when needed. I self installed, but the installation guide could be fine-tuned a bit. Would reorder from Rolltec anytime.

We bought our first awning five years ago and love it. The price Rolltec charged was fair and their selection and service was second to none. We had a small issue with the awning two years after we bought it and they came back and fixed the issue promptly and with no charge. We didn’t hesitate to go with Rolltec when we decided to install a second awning. Helen is polite and efficient to deal with, installation and timing is as promised and the installers are tidy, polite and happy to answer questions. You won’t be disappointed if you choose Rolltec.

From the initial contact with Nick our salesperson at Rolltec, to the installation of the three custom awnings we ordered, everything was conducted in a professional & timely manner and ran smoothly from start to finish. We experienced no pressure tactics and we enjoyed the opportunity to visit the manufacturing plant and showroom to view all options prior to placing our order.

After paying our deposit we were frequently kept informed of the status of our order and both Helen & Rose at Rolltec reached out to us to run things by us and confirm the installation date. The installation team arrived on the day scheduled, at the allotted time and the installation was completed by 4: 00 p.m. as planned. The installer, Oscar and his assistant made sure we were kept informed as the installation progressed and they also ensured the site was clean and tidy at the end of the day.

We needed a roll-up awning to cover a south-facing balcony. I contacted two companies during the COVID shutdown - the first one only replied after several attempts and seemed rather disinterested, but Helen from Rolltec replied immediately and we were able to discuss the options. We picked the style and size based on pictures that I sent her, and four weeks after a deposit was paid we had an awning. I can't yet speak for the longevity of the awning but it is exactly what I wanted and seems to be a high-quality product at a reasonable price. The installers were extremely efficient and courteous, so overall I cannot find any fault with the product or the company.
