From purchase to install everything was great.
Helen walked us through everything on the phone and we made our selection and purchase.

The installers did a great job, clean and very professional.

The project was a motorized awning for a 20' X 6' townhouse balcony. Measurements were taken, rendering was prepared and approved, order was placed, installation was 4 weeks after order Product looks great, is easy to use.

Rolltec have been to service our awning a few times over the past 7 years. Their staff have been very helpful and given us good advice both on the phone and for the service visit.

Great installation team (Oscar and 'Big M'). Work and disposition were very professional and courteous. A very clean job! However, Rolltec reneged on the deal with price! Signed Purchase Order price was revised! I was given the option to cancel. That is not how to conduct business! As we had donated the old awning, we had no choice but to proceed. Extra cost was $273.00!

The GM, Helen reached out to me and explained the price revision was the omission of the HST and that it was an honest mistake and Rolltec had already 'split' it with me. I appreciated the call and accept that mistakes can happen. I no longer have an issue with the pricing. Awning looks awesome and functions extremely well!

We have dealings with Rolltec for the last 20 years. During that time this is the third awning that they have installed. Every time there was and excellent service. Their product is much superior and lasts for a very long time. This time and the last I dealt with Helen who is the General Manager, She provided excellent service in the showroom last time and on the phone this time. The salesperson Nick was very good and explained all the requirements and details of the installation. The installer Oscar was knowledgeable and friendly and so was his assistant. In short I would not hesitate in recommending this company for quality product and installation.

After our original awning (circa 1975) finally needed to be retired, we called Rolltec after reading their great reviews on HomeStar. Unfortunately, our order was impacted by the company's closure due to COVID-19 but there thrilled to have it so quickly delivered once they were able to begin installations once again. The crew arrived in masks and exercised social distancing during the install. The whole installation went very smoothly.

We love our new awning. A great investment considering that it will be the summer of the staycation.

After years of deciding how to add some shade to our deck we found Rolltec and we were excited to see they had a roof mounting option. After contacting them online we had quick replies and straight forward answers to our questions. It didn't take us long to go ahead and place an order.

When the awning showed up, sooner then expected, it was well packaged and protected. The installation was straightforward and easy (other then the weight, it is a little heavier then expected) the awning is well built and sturdy and is exactly what we have been looking for.
