Stay Organized

I have ordered a TV cabinet since October 2011. Delivery was promised for January 2012. January came, February is almost over... still no news of my TV cabinet. Not even a curtosy call from Stay Organized to explain the delay. I have to call them, stop at their Innes location several time and after a very fustrating call finally talked to someone who seems to know what was going on and Oh surprise..! was told that they have run out of supply and have no idea when it will come in. Now i am left without a solution and plenty of fustrations... my 40% downpayment has been cashed right away and i am left waiting without an answer as to when to expect delivery of my promised goods..... NEVER or NEVER...NEVER.. will i ever use this company,

First, I should say that while I purchased a few products from Stay Organized, I never did get my custom closet from them. I also got waaaay fewer products than I would have liked because their customer service was lacking (and also they never called me when products I requested arrived).
Overall, I found their products very useful but also quite overpriced, especially in relation to Solutions, for example. Given that it is a small (and I believe independent) store, I was willing to overlook the price differential as one often receives better service for the increased price in such cases. Sadly, this was not the case here. After a few too many "missed connections" and less than impressive assistance from staff (new, perhaps?) we decided to take our business elsewhere.

This company is completely dis organized ironically enough. The quality was not great, the customer service has been ridicules. A closet that was supposed to be done in 1 day has now been over 3 months and is still not finished and the owner won't return my calls, says he's coming and doesn't show up or call to explain, taken our money in full before the job is complete. Promised a discount for the difficulties incurred by the designer we were dealing with but never even followed through with that. Everything about dealing with them has been difficult and I want to make sure that nobody else feels as sick about wasting their moeny with this company as we do or has to endure the stress this has caused us.
