The folks at Patterned Concrete Mississauga as a first class bunch. We had them booked in to do job, and then some things changed. We had already given them a deposit, and they were very reasonable with our circumstances around canceling. It was not ideal for anyone involved, but it could have been much worse. But, due to their professionalism, we were able to come up with a mutually acceptable terms to part way, through no fault of theirs.
