Great help, quick, polite & solved all issues

Kingston

Called today about an old boiler not working. Haven Home was able to come out, fix the issue, and get the heat going.

Evan was able to answer all questions as I questioned about future work being considered as well as solve the issue we were facing.

Air Conditioner

We called about our 3 year old air conditioner that we purchased from Haven Home. We were putting in a service call to have a technician come and fix the problem. Eleanor, the representative who answered the phone walked us through some possible scenarios to fix our A/C problem. Our A/C now works Thanks to Eleanor! Thank you again!
