One of 2 garage door springs broke on a Friday afternoon.
I talked to a representative on Saturday morning, and Brad (technician) was here Monday morning to do the job. But I wanted both door springs replaced. Brad was very polite and very efficient. Both springs were changed in under an hour. He also lubriceated the wheels and hinges. Very grateful and happy to have Hamilton Door Systems do our repairs!
