In my 25 years experience in contracting I have never come across a poorer display of customer service or a more un-proffessional company than Lee Sheds. After they made a plethora of promises and the contract was signed they took my deposit and then proceeded to make excuse after excuse of why they could not show up. This went on for 6 weeks. After a week had passed on the date they had breached on my contract I decided to pull the plug and hopefully find a more reputable and professional company. I have still not received back my deposit, and highly recommend seeking another contractor to do your work. Its companies like this that give the industry a bad name.

After diligently reviewing all our records we failed to find any record of this customer. If there has been a misunderstanding, I would please ask this customer to please contact us as we would gladly refund any deposit received by our company.
We, under no circumstances, have ever withheld a refund on a deposit or not followed through with all we guarantee to our customers. We work very hard to fulfill the customers' needs of what they want for a shed project and when they want it. Our reviews and past customers are proof of this.
