Club Piscine Super Fitness

My 70 year old father has been waiting 2 months for a pool liner replacement that he has been waiting for since the beginning of May, when it was originally scheduled to be replaced. He checks in every week, hoping that you will finally replace the liner that was installed by Club Piscine incorrectly the first time. It is just about the 1st week of July, and he can no longer wait to see if they will show up. Normally his pool would have been opened by mid-may. I would never recommend anyone to do business with Club Piscine. They have no respect for their customers and treat them poorly.

Purchased Porto Gazebo 10 X 10. No issues: delivery on time and dropped off in back yard. All pieces were in the boxes.
Put it together.... but took longer than the advertised: 6hrs/2 men ; unless these 2 guys were young and had put up quite a few.
The instruction manual did provide a challenge as details were not always comprehensive or detailed.
Store service and delivery were excellent!

I was looking buy a visscher gazebo , they were nice to me at time of sale afterwards it was terrible order was 2 months late, they never answer the phones, and nobody cared , terrible people skills

I stopped by this morning since we had the truck, phoned from parking lot, said I needed sand for my filter, explained which filter it was and asked how much sand. They said 4 bags. This was between hold sessions. The phone call lasted over 18 minutes with just about 3 minutes of dialogue. I was on hold for 15 minutes. Walked to the window and saw 4 or 5 people just standing around inside. Someone came outside to help someone else, and I explained the situation. Said I was still on hold. Finally someone took my call, I ordered 4 bags of sand and offered to pay using my credit card and pick up the sand after I paid. They refused and said they needed two hours notice. The parking lot was empty for cryin' out loud! Only one other person drove in to pick up or drop off, then left. What a waste of time and energy. Terrible service.

The jacuzzi has been great. The staff in the store are awesome. Calling for service or setup was absolutely horrible. So bad I wouldn't recommend buying here. Trying to setup an install date with service was so painful. No returning of calls after leaving several voicemail. A year later my hot tub breaks down and it's the same issue. Who knows if there really is a service department.

We purchased an above ground pool from the Club Piscine on Huntclub late last summer.

This summer we noticed one of the rebar (vertical steel bars) inside the upright posts was pushing against the liner. Fearing that this could eventually rip the liner, we tried to reach them.

Initially we were directed to 'Nancy'. She said that this has to be looked at by the Head Office Club Piscine in Gatineau.

We left Head Office 3 voicemails and a couple of emails over the span of 2 weeks. A month later, still no response. Terrible. This is forcing me to have to drive to Gatineau to sort this out.

Bought a 12x10 Gazebo there and when installing discovered that the brackets and screws used to secure the unit, WERE NOT INCLUDED.
Never heard of this before!
Cost $168 extra to buy these, that’s another 13% on the purchase price
Very sneaky Club Piscine

Had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Matthew. He was very friendly and professional. Answered every question with knowledge and confidence. He even answered my emails after working hours on his day off. I recommend anyone to seek him out and let him handle your business. He is a great asset to this company

Will not go back. We paid for a pool, delivery and set up. When it was installed the installers did not wait for 2nd load of water, so the left without adding salt and turning it on to see if there were any issues. Told us to go back to the store for help...we went somewhere else for 'help' and will continue our business with the other place we went to. Do not purchase from club piscine.
