Very disappointed with this company. Have had on going issues with a 3 yr old A/C unit in a new build. Have never gone a season without it breaking down. Had this company out twice last year to fix it, but to no avail. When turning in on for the first time this year, it froze up immediately. Sent a text to their GM, who said he would pull my file and call me. I never receive a call from him. Waited around the house all afternoon as I didn't want to miss his call. I then received a call at 6:20 AM!! From their service manager. I can't comprehend what he was thinking, calling at that time and everyone I've told has said the same thing........unbelievable!! When I tried to call him back, I was directed to an answering service, so couldn't even make direct contact with him. Extremely unprofessional on his part. When I did finally get in touch with him, he acted like he'd never heard my name before and would need to pull my file. He said he would call me back in 10-15 mins. Well, 3 HOURS later, he finally called back and was incredibly blasé about the whole situation. In the meantime, I'd called the GM and informed him that I hadn't received any calls yet and could he please call me so we could get this sorted out. I never received a call from him.....again....unbelievable!! My husband has owned his own business for over 20 years and has NEVER treated a customer this way......not even the raging lunatics. I will never, in good conscious, be able to recommend this company to anyone. To date, the people I've had contact with, have shown little to none care or concern for their customer. Update: received a call this morning from their service manager.....they are attempting to make this situation better. My husband spoke to him this morning & arrangements have been made for someone to come out on Monday. I will continue to update as we move forward. We are fair & reasonable people who would like to be treated the same way.
**Update: we had a very nice technician (Barry) come out this morning. He was knowledgable and very thorough. He spent all day taking things apart and trying to get to the bottom of the issue. At the end of the day,our unit is once again working, however, there was no clear indicator as to what the problem is/was. This makes me a little concerned that the problem will reoccur. Arpi's did cover many of the costs and we were only charged for 2 parts that were replaced. I believe that is a fair deal and at this point would say I'm satisfied. I just hope it continues to work without any further issues.
