I always use HomeStars for projects beyond my capabilities and the contractors I've dealt with have been great so far. Saw Spring Home's great reviews and spoke to Cy who was very helpful in my unit choice. Very patient and courteous. I've been doing a lot of research and found Lennox to be one of the toughest units out there so I got the 14 SEER XC14 A/C after much thought.
I was lucky Spring Home had an open Sat install slot as this was in the heat of summer. Peter and the other installer arrived as scheduled, gave me a few options where to install the unit, and were patient enough to answer my 50+ questions. Compared to other installers I saw around my neighborhood, I noticed these guys took their time and used higher quality materials like brackets, etc. They left the work area spotless after. Cy called me after 3 weeks to check about the unit and how the install went. I'm very happy with this company and the service they provided. Will definitely deal with them again in the future. Thank you guys!
