I recently moved into a new home and searched for several central air installers. I ultimately went with Spring Home due to Mr Cy's expertise and patience and also after reading their reviews here on Homestars. Their front line staff, all the way to the receptionist in the back end, were all professional, courteous and most importantly knowledgable. They took the time to address my concerns and to make additional assessments on my home before making a recommendation. They did not push products that I did not require.
