From the initial consultation with Cy Goh, to the urgent installation arrangements made with Rodina Nagano, to the final installation by Glenn and Jonathan, who worked long hours in order that our family would not have to spend another evening without heat or hot water. Each was very were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and most importantly caring!
