Came home after work one day to find the drip tray under our old AC condenser in the furnace had a giant hole in it, resulting in it dumping a liter of water into the furnace and onto the floor every hour. Called a few companies for quotes, and Cy came from Spring Home the next day.

Ended up going with Spring Home based on the competitive price, American Standard brand reputation, and the fact that Cy actually took the time to go through what we needed and all the little details required for the installation. The work was completed the next day, and included relocating the AC to the side of the house, patching and removing the old unit, building a new housing for the condenser, reworking our drains, pulling new power lines etc. Took 2 guys the better part of the day to complete, but it looks great: clearly professional work, all the wires are neatly placed, pipes are insulated and supported, patches in the old wall are nearly invisible etc. Cy followed up later to make sure everything was working well and was satisfactory, which I'm happy to say it is.

I know family members who are looking to replace a furnace+AC in the coming months and have already referred them to Spring Home to get a quote. Definitely worth a call if you're in the GTA and looking for a quality HVAC install that will last, and not necessarily the cheapest possible work.
