Company reported a crack in our heat exchange that does not exist

This company came out to clean our ducts. They informed me afterwards that our heat exchange duct had a crack which is very dangerous and we need a new furnace which of course they were happy to quote us on. I have a family member who in in the heating business who I asked to come over for a second opinion. He scoped the heat exchange duct and thoroughly inspected our furnace finding only a minor amount of rust and absolutely no crack! Highly recommend that you get a second opinion before purchasing a new furnace from this company!!
