I contacted Maple Air and spoke to Farzad.I found him to be very informative,professional and not assertive .After talking to him and the options we had, I went ahead and had them install the unit.
The crew(Abbas/Maham) were excellent.
Even after the insulation I had questions and was more then happy with Farzad fast responses.
