We've worked with Brian Gold at Pre-Lock on a couple occasions, mainly having locks changed out, and he has always provided us with excellent customer service. We received pricing from him promptly and he was able to get a technician to our sites within a day or two.
Due to the good service provided by Pre-Lock we would recommend and use them again.
