An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Our Local rink office changed the locks for the new season and gave us 2 keys. We needed more keys and tried 3 other locksmith services and none of them even had the blanks or recognized what blank was required to order. I could not believe it. I asked a friend if he knew anybody that could cut us more keys. I went to Pre-Lock Security and they were fantastic they cut the keys on the spot and there was no issue in doing that. There price was fair and the key worked perfectly. It's hard to believe that no one else could make this key. Good work Pre-lock and thanks for the great service your guys are truly 10 out of 10.
