I had a hard time finding people to do the works. So many companies didn't phone back or come to the appointment. Then I found Brian at Pre-Lock. He was amazing. He came, he assessed, he recommended and we ended up with amazing door hardware, everything done exactly when we were told it would be done, and he even called a few months later to make sure we were happy with the product.
