We moved into a new house at the beginning of August. I called and spoke to Tristan(sp?) and arranged for Pre-Lock to come first thing the next morning. Alex showed up bright and early, and changed several locks in the house (front door, garage door inside and outside entry, plus two sunroom doors). The sliding door leading to the sunroom wouldn't lock (just a latch type lock) and even though it wasn't the type of lock they deal with, Alex spent a fair amount of time trying to fix it, which we really appreciate.
When one of the cut keys didn't work, I called Tristan and he sent Alex back to take a look. Alex tested out all the keys and cut us a new one. Both Tristan and Alex were a pleasure to deal with, and I would absolutely recommend Pre-Lock to anyone who requires locksmithing services.
