We renovated our home and needed to replace the complete alarm. We replaced all the contacts and installed new keypads . The installation was very professional and neat.

We have used Pre-lock for many years and are glad we used Pre-lock again.

Excellent Customer Service

Some time ago I found Pre-Lock on Homestars myself. I used them to get new locks and keys. Then switched from Chubb to Pre-Locks security services as well. This year we want to put in some cameras to record. At every interaction with the Stephen and the team they have been very helpful and professional. All from start to finish with great planning and execution. They manage my experience expectations and cleanup after their work. You want quality and value I recommend Pre-Lock.

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Vaughan

We contacted prelock to change all our window contacts and we had all our windows changed. Mike the installer was great and very professional. They had to change the contacts to wireless and also upgraded our smoke detectors. Thanks for a great job and fast service.
