The work was completed in one day very satisfied with the job.The technician was neat and taught me how to work the complete system I’ve worked with pre-lock for almost 30 years and know I can work with them for many more years to come.

We built a new home and Paul and his team were with us all the way from designing, to finishing, to trouble shooting the very few troublesome issues. In the two years we have lived in our home we have added some additional features and the team continues to exceed our expectations in terms of recommendations and speed of installation!

We just replaced all our locks on our home , we wanted to use a company that has a good reputation, off to the internet we went . Wow it’s amazing what I leaned . I learned you get what you pay for . After that found Pre-lock Security. I spoke with the office who immediately had the owner contact me . I told him about the issues I had and he said he would come out personally to see how he can help . He ended up replacing all the locks with real Mul-T-Lock hardware that actually worked perfect. I feel great now knowing I’m secured with a factory authorized locksmith . I learned that you should not just buy locks from anyone who says “these locks are from the same factory “ thanks for being so professional and helpful and I will always use Pre-lock for my home security . I will be switching my home alarm monitoring to you guys as well as soon as my contract is up . You guys are great .

We had a very old alarm and thought it was time to upgrade. We replaced everything from contacts to motions and upgraded to alarm.com . We love being able to control the alarm from our phones and like that we know when anyone disarms or opens a door or window . The Pre-lock team was great . The lead installer Gabe did a great job . He was neat and very professional . Pre-lock has been our security company for about 15 years now. We always recommend Pre-lock to our friends and family.

We are a fine jewelry store that had our move date changed to our new larger location last minute. Our landlord asked us to move within a few days in order to help out another incoming tenant. This would normally be be impossible, especially since we are a jewelry store and both premises would need high security equipment and monitoring at the same time in order to make a safe and secure move. I called Paul, the owner of Pre-Lock security and explained my dilemma. I told him that I would need to have the new premises alarmed and locks changed within 24 hours in order to help me move on time. He told me not to worry. He would make it happen. Not only that, he looked after every single detail for me. He came out right away to inspect the new unit to get the ball rolling and he made our move stress and worry free. My expectations were exceeded and the move was done efficiently, expertly and on time as promised. Every single detail was looked after. Pre-Lock cleaned up after all their work was complete and left the premises spotless.
