We use Pre Lock for all our security needs. They are very thorough with their service. If we have any issues they are very prompt to respond and give fast resolutions to any problems.

We recently upgraded our complete alarm system . It's truly incredible how advance our security now is . We can control our lights heating and security from anywhere we have internet access . Our installation was professional and done respectfully of our home . Paul was great took the time to test and make sure everhing is perfect . Pre-lock you are truly the best . Pte-lock is the best company out there for alarms, their prices are very reasonable. The young man that installed our alarm was a pleasure to deal with. What sets Pre-Lock apart is their service. When I was away on a business trip, there was a problem with the system and my wife called Pre-Lock after-hours. A technical on-call showed up soon after and addressed the issue. It's not often when a situation like that happens, but if it does - it's re-assuring to know you don't have to wait a week to get an issue fixed.
