Our key broke off in the lock of our front door. I called Pre-Lock Security, I found them on the internet. I spoke with Brian who provided me great service and options to consider in fixing the problem. He sent me a locksmith and took the key out of the lock and I was able to lock my door again. Pre-Lock was asked to install an electric strike on our rear door so we can control access and speak with who needs access without leaving the door unlocked. They provided fast service and our staff is now a lot safer. Great work Guys
