I have had nothing but a wonderful experience here. Yes there is a late fee after one day of non payment however each time that has happened it gets waved due to circumstances that the customer may not be able to control. They value their customers and are very understanding when it comes to late payments or unpredictable circumstances that arise in life. The facility is always clean and organized from what I have seen! A lovely place to store your belongings I would say!

Been there for almost 4 yrs using credit cards to pay for two separate rooms. Never a problem getting my payment on the day it was due. One credit card expired and i was not home the day they called when the rent was due. By the next day they had charged me a service charge! Not a single day grace after 4 yrs and close to $10k in business! That is NOT good customer service! I will be going elsewhere.
